The staff and all facilities were really nice. I enjoyed most the food. Especially the breakfast is a reason to stay here. I must say that I had booked another hotel originally which was in a very bad location. Being around the central station even this location is not 100% secure at night. But I felt cosy and secure after changing from the first hotel to this one. And could finally move around the area a bit. A walk along the Main is really recommended.

Very comfortable beds. Tasty breakfasts and Illy coffee (you get a voucher for a free coffee during your stay). Very good location in the city center. I also liked the rain shower in the bathroom a lot. Special thanks to Ms Monika Patyna who helped to solve my issue at the reception. It's not our first and for sure not the last stay at this hotel.

Room was extremely clean and comfortable, definitely loved my stay!! The staff were extremely warm and friendly too. Breakfast options were limited as its a western-only breakfast but food was great! Only thing would be that I encountered a few druggies/drug sellers near the hotel which was a little uncomfortable for a solo female traveller.

The location is great if you need to travel by train. Is 5 minutes or lesser to walk from hotel to train station. Also easy to walk to city centre, about 20 minutes slow walk. I experienced the emergency evacuation at night. And the staff with their neon vest which easy to be recognized and manage the situation well.

The hotel was nice and clean and close to the train station. Staff were nice and welcoming. They even accepted to keep my luggage for the day after i checked out while i discover the city since my train back home was late in the evening. Will definitely go back again.
